To find out what cooling capacities this customer needed, we performed a flow measurement on the old system. Based on that data, we calculated the required capacity for Aquatech's central cooling installation.

We installed a cooling water supply for machines and moulds, frequency-controlled pumps and associated piping in stainless steel. A Siemens PLC control with 200 kW cooling capacity was integrated.

We also performed the digital flow measurement and temperature measurement. The cooling installation is installed indoors. In the summer the heat is blown outside, in the winter inside. In this way, the interior space heats up.
