With an automatic bag cutting machine from Kahl, this customer got a machine completely tailored to his needs. First, a full pallet of bags with granulate enters the machine. That pallet is then picked up layer by layer, cut open and emptied. The granulate falls into a discharge hopper. There it is blown to outdoor silos via a sluice and a blower. A rotating compactor compresses the empty bags. Finally, the temperature and pressure of the blowing line are continuously monitored.

This project, complete with piping installation, will be delivered as a turnkey project. The installation of the bag cutting machine will follow shortly.
