The internal recycling of residues of the production process is an important item in the company policy.

Our mission was to dedust the highly thin-walled and electrostatically charged material. This with reuse of the existing grinder and blower.

As an integrator of Kongskilde, we built this installation around an air-countercurrent unit which was equipped with the right control capabilities and addition of ionized air in the appropriate places.

All this with high-quality grind as a result.
