Technical information
We offer a range of vacuum pumps, with a power from 1.5 up to 11 kW. These pumps, depending on type, can transport a production range up to 1500 kg/h over a distance of more than 100 m.
These pumps can have an execution of 1-step, 2-step or 3-step. Additional steps can increase the depth of the vacuum, thus raising the omittable distance.
If the hopper loaders are equipped with a metal mesh sieve (ie. dust can still be transmitted), the vacuum pumps will be equipped with a cartridge filter or a compact cyclon filter. The CF filter combines the cyclonic effect with dust separation and are recommended in the case particularly dusty materials are conveyed.

For longer distances, we opt for vacuum pumps with rolating claws such as with Bush Mink pumps. This technology increases the vacuum depth, which results in longer transport distances. The energy consumption is relatively lower than with impeller pumps, however this is a more expensive investment.
