Varyo speed control

VARYO represents a line of vacuum units wherein the air flow rate during the stages of the loading cycle is adjusted. This way the granules are given a constant speed throughout the enitre process. The mechanical stress on the polymer is minimized, and the power consumption is reduced.

With standard vacuum units, there is a constant operation both with actual transport as in stand-by. The frequency controlling Varyo has no need for a stand-by function.

The transport puts the material under mechanical/physical stress. The consequence is production of powder and angel hair. The Varyo therefore adjusts the speed of the granulate in the line automatically. To this end, the various stages (start-up phase, phase regime, emptying phase) of each individual suction cylcus per hopper loader are adjustable. This in function of distance, height and amount of material to be transported. This will avoid speed-overshoots in startup phase and cleaning phase.
