Mixing silo

Mixing silo are larger silos which are equipped with a mixer or homogenizer unit. Either they use a vertical mixing screw (with or without the cylinder depending on the application), as shown on the picture or they use a static mixing cylinder wherein the raw material is drawn at various heights in order to allow the blending of multiple batches, without additional energy consumption.
